TANIA FROM ASI PROPERTY (Ambercom Property Management) IS NOT TREATING US WELL, SHES VERY HOSTILE TOWARDS US AT WILDTUIN PARK ESTATE

Hi,

We are currently building at Wildtuin Park estate. the Estate and the Property Management company are making the working conditions for us hostile. there is a lady by the Name of Tania who is abusing her powers.

As a contractor when you building a house, you have to pay a building deposit before you can start building. which i did

There are rules also that needs to be followed and we do follow them, the estate also has a representative on site that we constantly communicate with on site regarding any matters that arises. But the issue now is, the lady by the name of Tania abuses here powers by constantly issuing us unfair fines without any facts or having done her proper research.

We are living a very difficult life because of the her and its unfortunate we cant complain to anyone as contractors as the estate also doesn't want to protect the contractors interests nor the owners, for as long as they are unjust enriching themselves.

We had even requested on numerous times to meet with the estate HOA as Contractors and they always refuse to do so to listen and hear our complains
