Sectional title scheme act!!
still NO proof of confirmation of notice/communication that the building insurance for geysers involves a R1500 excess!! and to still send me an email quoting a part of the act AND to tell me to contact the insurance broker should I not be happy!!! one thing for sure is that the service is appalling! perhaps if you provide me with the CORRECT information around what I actually requested which after emails back and fro still don't answers - there is no pulling the wool over my eyes and I WILL take it further if necessary! how can you notify the home owners ONLY when they claim????
