I would like to share my experience with a property specialist I had this week. Monday I called Marcha Groenewald, I explained my issue - she advised me that she will get back to me. Tuesday morning she called me and I could hear how sick she was but still she set up a meeting for Thursday afternoon, by this time it sounded like she was on her death bed BUT she still assisted and sorted out all my queries. The complex that I stay is no joke but Marcha handles us like a pro and she deserves all the applause for absolutely going out of her way.
