Outstanding Service - Nicarl Ludeke

I dealt with Nicarl Ludeke at ASI on a request for a windscreen replacement and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only did she go out of her way to assist me but also went beyond her duty to assist me with an unrelated matter, pure personal service! I have forgotten when last I have received such wonderful customer treatment. Nicarl deserves a raise!
