On par with government institutions
I was obliged to use ASI through a company collective scheme. The best thing I can say about ASI is that thanks to moving to another job, I never have to deal with them ever again. Maybe I am jealous, because ASI receives compensation without delivering any service - what an ideal job! One company visit per year and unable to support the most basic request throughout the year. Upselling oncology cover to a company where the average employee age is under 30. Waiting 2 months for medical aid cards or stickers for your vehicle. No thank you and good riddance.
