NICARL LUDEKE!!! So we had a break in at our business in the beginning of October 2022. At the time we were absolutely shocked as this has never happened to us in the 17 years that we have been in existence. Unfortunately at the time I could not get a hold of our broker. Our offices made a call to Nicarl Ludeke to report the incident. My understanding is that Nicarl is one of the claims specialists. However she took it upon herself to come through to our offices and assist us immediately!!! Even before the cops and security company arrived!!! She assisted us with the entire process of the claim. She managed our expectations and made sure that SHEER EXCELLENCE in SERVICE was delivered to us. NICARL IS AN ABSOLUTE LEGEND and is Definitely a VALUABLE ASSET to ALL around HER.
