Nicarl Ludeke - Best Claims Handler of the Century
My fridge and washing machine were damaged due to power surge and I must appreciate the excellent service i received from Nicarl Ludeke, she went out of her way to make sure the claim was processed in a record time, even gave me updates during the weekend and after hours at times thank you so much for your hard work and good customer service. Unlike other insurance companies she looked for reasons to pay the claim and not reject it
