*********** Company

One of BestSure's clients ran into the back of my vehicle on the 10th of June 2016 on Witkoppen Road, Johannesburg, while I was waiting at a red light. We exchanged contact details and went on our seperate ways. I didn't want to have to pay my excessive excess amount with my own insurance company so I decided to lodge a 3rd party claim with the lady's insurance company. Boy, what a mistake that was.

I originally spoke with Martie the same day while lodging my claim, and she was very friendly and courteous. After a few weeks she magicly disappeared and a lady by the name of Connie took over. Eventually Connie handed me over to a guy named Walter (seems like he is the legal representative) and since then I've just been given the run around. I sent an email again on the 1st of March (2017) and since then I haven't gotten any response.

Be warned, this is an *********** company and NEVER do any business with them.

Dear Mr Maree
We refer to your complaint received and confirm herewith that as you are not our client, we unfortunately cannot act on your behalf with regards to the claim you submitted for damages against our client.
All third party claims received are forwarded to the insurer’s legal department who then handles the claims directly with the third party.
