I had a break in October of of 2024 and there was an issue about whether the house from where the items were ****** was also insured as I had two houses in my property. The insurance company Hollard wanted to refuse to pay claiming that only one house was insured. I took out the records and names of the people i engaged with initially when requesting for a quote and finally signing up. The ASI senior underwriter Ms Lisha Pillay and the consultant Ms Zillah Aaron were excellent in handling my case. I was asked to provide all evidence at my disposal and to be a little patient. Mid January 2025 my claim was approved. Ms Pillay and Ms Aaron provided exceptional service, highly professional!! Glad.
