Having trouble to get answers from the consultants - or specialist advisors as they call them

Having trouble to get answers from the consultants - or specialist advisors as they call them. One sends me to another, and I do not get updates unless I ask for it. And for the last week, I have received no communication on my follow up emails as well. Quite unhappy with this. I have emails as proof.
