I want to express my sincere gratitude to Martie Fritz from ASI Financial Services. I had a third-party claim and am not dealing directly with ASI but Martie kept me informed every day on the progress. I was quite stressed due to insufficient communication from the service provider I claimed from but Martie was sympathetic and clarified the timeline and steps required. What a great experience!
