Claim after accident
Nicarl is the epitome of what good service actually entails. This lady has handled my claim with the outmost and diligent car after the vehicle happened. Within few hours of lodging the claim, she moved mountains to make sure a rental car is availed so that I don't miss important work and study commitments, communication has been clear and very efficient, I am updated about everything regarding the claim process. I have never received such brilliant customer service from insurance companies. I have two vehicles insured under them and I am happy to recommend to anyone requiring insurance to look no further but consider this company as they won't forsake you in the event of an accident
