Ashley Gandawa poor service

I have paid Ashely Gandawa R2700 to design a business profile and website for my NPO. He promised to deliver last week Friday and nothing has been delivered since then . His customer service is very very pathetic and he makes empty promises when it comes to delivery of projects. I have asked him to refund me because I have missed a very important opportunity because of his poor service .
