No stock, No effective communication and still waiting for a refund almost 3 weeks later.

I place an order with them on the 28th of July 2026 and a few moments later I noticed they have another part I am looking for so I placed a second order, on the website both orders stated 'processing' a couple days later, the second order I made changed to completed while the first said processing still, which confused me, so I made an inquiry on the websites help chat and was told that my order was passed over to the logistics company for delivery, fast forward to the 4th of August and my package arrives, except only my second order is there, the first one has not been sent, I communicated on the websites chat and conveyed my disappointment, I was later contacted via email by a sales rep, informing me that the first part I ordered was out of stock, not that to get this information I first had to recieve my second order and contact them before I was informed, I noticed on their website that they had a better part with a slightly higher cost and asked if it was available to be sent instead even if I had to pay the balance, it was also out of stock at that point I was frustrated, lost faith and frankly didn't want the first part when I saw there was a better option for a slightly higher price, so I asked for a refund to which they politely agreed and after sending my banking details they said they would process it, and it may take up to 7 business days to process the refund, after 7 days still no refund and after a few more communications with promises of it being prioritised and then all further communication attempts being ignored it is now the 22nd of August and still no refund. So the gist of my review, Terrible indication of stock availability on the website, horrible communication ability and taking initiative to communicate with the customer when an issue arises, refund processing is absolutely not reliable, timely or effecient in any way shape or form, the only positive I can give was that the part I did receive seems to be in good condition, but hasn't been functionally tested as of yet, also the logistics company were efficient and communicated well.
