I have had a bad experience wirh Asat Solutions. They overcharged me for a replacement of an LNB on my dish. For a pro**** that retails for under R400.00 they charged me R1450.00. They charged me R1800.00 for a call out and an LNB. They stated that i was not getting signal from my dish because the incorrect LNB was being used. They replaced it but did not return the LNB that waa removed from the dish - which was just over a month old. Now they claim it was faulty and disposed of it. My plug of my old decoder also disappeared After they had left. When I made contact with them to establish what the R1450 was for and requested a breakdown thereof I was just ignored. Only when I threatened to bring charges did some one else respond. Now they claim their prices are based on the fact that they offer a guarantee. What ****!!!! They are *****, ******* and *********** unsuspecting consumers. Stay far away from this company. Gorvsoenfungcall of 40 minutes at my home i was slapped wirh a bill of R1800.00!!!!
