Terrible service @ ASAMI's Tygervalley

last week week we ate at asami's tygervalley - the buffet is R220 then the waiter tells us that if it's before 4pm it's R130 - i then tried numerous times to get hold of this branch & both numbers are just off - tried to make an appointment yesterday via your site - no one came back to me - yesterday i phoned the cobble walk branch to find out the buffet prices - the gentleman i spoke to then said before 4pm it's R169 & obviously thereafter it's R220 - to my shock we went to Asami's yesterday & they told us it's R220 - after about ten minutes the manger rocks up with a very sarcastic smile on his face - i explain the situation to him to which he starts laughing & says i have no idea what I'm talking about & that the buffet is R220 - he then explained to me after i asked him why we can't get hold of the tygervalley branch that the phones we're ****** weeks ago - i mean seriously - your a professional business & we can't even make an appointment/booking? - as we we're walking away i heard him telling the waiter that i was a dush - to which i took exception too - as we're waling down the steps i turn around & his laughing at me like this was a big joke - I'm going to blast ASAMI's on every social website i can find - we are disgusted in your management & Staff -
