Terrible service after being a customer for 10 years

Terrible service from the Tygervalley branch. I ordered a delivery for a Valentines surprise for my wife but when the order was delivered a combo was missing. After placing around 40 calls i was eventually told that we need to collect what was missing. Both managers were not keen on helping. The worst service ever and that after been a customer for 10 years. Needless to say i am done with them.
