Horrible Crunch Rolls

Went to Asami's Cobblewalk for dinner on a Saturday. The service was slow because the restaurant was busy, but my main gripe is that the sushi was awful. We were looking forward to the crunch rolls as it was the first time we've had them at a restaurant since before lockdown but were very disappointed. The crunch rolls were huge, heavy, quite soggy and oily and they were just like huge rice ***** covered in a bit of nori and then fried. You couldn't make out what exactly the filling was supposed to be as it was so minimal you couldn't taste it.

From now on I'll stick to Boathouse Sushi where the sushi is always fresh and delicious, and they have the best crunch rolls.
