Asami's cobblewalk choas & rude

We went to Asami's cobblewalk yesterday on the 17th of November 2021. First of all we phoned twice(just to make sure our booking is there) the 16th to make a booking for the 17th @6. When we arrived there at 6 the manager(don't know her name) informed us that there is no booking for us and they are fully booked. I had to argue and show her proof before she made a plan for us. She is very ****y and doesn't know how to speak to customers. So we finally sat down and got 2 different waiters cause the waiters keep dissappearing. So we ordered our drinks then waited 30 min and still no drinks. So i called the manager to ask her where our drinks are so she says to me she going to find the waiter but that was a lie cause she just walked to the front and went to go stand there. Finally another 15min later our drinks arrived. We also ordered sushi and waited very long. The waiters were very unorganized and 1 smelled like heavy sweat which made a persons appetite dissappear. The manager was just very unprofessional. Because of her i will never go eat at Asami's cobblewalk again.
