Arrogant White Man as GM and Powerless Coloured Female as Token Manageress

It's woman's day so my friend and i took our wives to Asami's in Stellenbosch as we have eaten there previously and enjoyed the seafood platter for 4. Once again I purchased a seafood platter for 4 people at R299. After waiting more than hour the food arrived . It was a platter with half piece of hake and two small offcuts. A small portion of calamari, prawns and small steel tray with thinly sliced chips enough for a kiddies meal and a portion of rice hard as rock. i had to stab into the rice with pressure to break it apart. We told the ladies to go ahead and help themselves and waited on another platter to arrive. To our surprise we asked the waitress and she said that was it. We were deeply disappointed and upset as this was totally opposite tothe amount of seafood we received at our last visit and at our visit to the branch at Cobble walk mall. We asked for the manager. The manageress arrived and informed us that the amount of food was correct. I showed her the pics of the food served at the Cobble Walk Mall branch and pics of the meals we had at their branch in May this year. The pics showed the amount of food served was much much more but the manageress tells us she will discuss it with the General Manager. The GM was out on a delivery. But we insisted that she's the manageress and she should assist us but she was adamant she had to wait on the General Manager. Marico, the GM arrives and insists that we should take up the matter with Head Office. I told the manageress that her position is simply a token position as she is coloured female and had to wait on a white arrogant youngster who had no people skills and refused to assist us even after showing him the photos. He very arrogantly told us that our previous visit was our lucky day and he was not going to waste money by assisting us. We told him, if we were whites he would have helped us. He's an arrogant white person who needs to be fired. Such arrogant white people need to learn that our money has the same value as theirs. It stinks of ****** and I shall never recommend that restaurant again. Let's go back to level 4 so Asami can be closed as they don't deserve to be open until they can learn to treat everyone equally
