Worst experience in my life

<p>So I had the worst experience in my life at Arwyp........See my complaint as well as the reply, therefore I have no option but to go to the media.......<br />Good Day<br />On 16 February I was rushed to Arwyp Emergency at around 04h30 with extreme pain in my lower back.<br />As we walked in there was no one to assist, after calling, a person appeared to assist ( this person was asleep)<br />I was told to go to a little room for admission, the young man in there was asleep as well. It took a couple times talking to him to awake him.<br />At this time I was close to tears with pain, this young man told me to relax and breathe, he totally took his time and constantly<br />told me "just to relax".<br />After about 15 minutes he was done and referred me to another room. I was told they will fetch the doctor to assist.<br />The person that rushed me to the hospital told me that everyone there was asleep and not in any rush to assist.<br />At this time I was vocal with my pain. No one came to assist. The person that took me to hospital went to look for someone to <br />assist me, after a while a lady came to see me.<br />She asked what is wrong and I told her that it feels like a kidney stone. She approached me and made me sit up, and afterwards poked me in my back with excessive force.<br />I told her that this was really bad and she turned away and walked away. The worst assistance by a "doctor" that I have experienced in my life.( If that was the doctor????)<br />Again I was left alone.<br />After a while I got up and proceeded to the exit as I was not being attended to. This was about 30 minutes, and longer, that I was at the hospital.<br />I proceeded to basically crawl to my vehicle and as I was about to get into my vehicle 3 to 4 people came form the exit and asked if they could give me something for pain.<br />That is when I lost it, and used the f bomb, and told them that I will go to a place that is willing to assist.<br />We proceeded to go to Kembirch and I was put on a drip within 2 to 3 minutes from arrival.........Even the cleaner that was working there proceeded to assist me..........THE CLEANER<br />There I got immediate assistance and it was confirmed that it was a kidney stone.<br />To top this whole experience I received an account for admission/assistance from Arwyp.<br />I WILL NOT PAY ONE CENT.<br />I now request the security video from Arwyp, as well as all the people that was working at the emergency that night, as I want to hand this over to my lawyer to proceed with legal action against Arwyp.<br />Now the pathetic reply with NO APOLOGY:<br />Dear Mr. Pienaar,<br />We hereby acknowledge your complaint and assure you the incident will be investigated. Once the investigation is done we will also provide you with feedback.<br />With regards to your request for the video footage of the night we will unfortunately not be able to assist as our camera system is set to record for a thirty day period only.
