Worse treatment of sick patients who are paying for a service

I am so disgusted with the treatment I have just received from your reception at casualty.

I am extremely sick and have Autoimmune Disease, I have chest pains and very weak. I was sitting there for close to an hour and a coloured lady decided to help her friends who came after me.

Unfortunately I did not get her name but I can sure tell you that I will never come there AGAIN. People have been complaining about the ridiculous time they spend filing in forms and not being helped accordingly I SAW IT FOR MYSELF.

This system of filing in forms and waiting for so long to be helped does not make any sense and whoever came up with it should be fired. The health and well-being of people who are paying for this service should come first not this *******. Cleary human lives are not that important to those ladies hanging around at casualty because that is what they are doing 'hanging around'!!!!!!!!
