Ward 5 - Rude Nurse

One of the worst wards you can find in that hospital. Some of the nurses have no clue what is happening and very rude for that matter (Not all of them). After waiting about 7 hours, all we asked the nurse is to let us know when our patient comes out of theatre, as we needed to go home for a while. The response we received was that "just sit outside and wait", tried to explain that we needed to go somewhere, the next response was "I am too busy to be calling you, you call us" "I don't have the time to call you".

Pathetic Service and definitely not coming back to this hospital. The only way I would come back to this hospital is when i am unable to speak for myself. I would rather go to any other hospital but not this one.

You may have upgraded your facilities, but having pathetic service does not do justice.

Stop all your renovations and spend that money on educating your nurses on what patient care means.

I just feel bad for the good doctors who are stationed in this hospital.
