very bad service from arwyp 9 floor

<p>My 3 month old boy was booked in the hospital he had very high fever 39.1 i was on floor 9 ward 18 the nurses knew he had high fever but i have to call them when he is very hot they don't come and check on him , and they just don't care about the babies i had a nurse who had to put a suppository in for my son she was so lazy did not even take the nappy off she pushed it from the side of the nappy without any gel he was crying so hard how lazy can you be to not take the nappy off shame i was watching this and there are staff that is very rude. </p>
