UNFAIR TREATMENT

My Mother was Treated Unfairly by a nurse named Martina from Ward 4B.This person has been EXTREMELY rude to my mother, and for this reason, it is making my Mom's stay in that hospital a leaving hell. I will not tolerate this kind of behaviour from anyone towards my mother, let alone from the person who is supposed to be taking care of her health during her stay in that place.She is giving my mother this ridiculous attitude only because my mom can't speak English. This is a free country and I will not allow some heartless woman to come and make my Mother feel inferior. No one deserves to be treated less important because they cannot speak the Language that some *****s deem important. My Mother is not laying in that place for free, she deserves equal respect given to any other patients, rich or poor , black or white, whether the patient knows english or not, the Medical Bill sees no difference and therefore I DEMAND that my Mother be treated with integrity. please note that my frustrations are based on one person, which is Martina, however, a single person can change how people view your hospital, so please address this issue with this person who doesn't know her work values.
