Turn back home since no bone doctor to check my son

Today took my son to the casualty where I received good greeting and service once was in doctor checked my son and gave him pain****ers and sent us to xray where they forgot to fetch us and on our way.. Back pushing my son a reception lady saw us and helped us and when we arrived back at casualty the doctor said he can't get hold of the bones specialist to look at my son's broken bones according to the xray and waited and they put a bandage and told us to come back tomorrow straight to a doctors room and consult there and they did not admin my son so hav eto take back a hold with broken bones in pain and I am not a doctor don't know what to do with. And to spens consultation fee and do scans again and play the waiting game again tomorrow. Very disappointed with their service.. How can I take a sick child back home and do what.. Child still in pain and still with broken bones don't they have other doctors.. Do they only have 1 doctor who specializes in bones???? So back home since arywp does not have a bone specialist to check my child bones. Don't they have a stand to be called out and why did they not admit him since there are doctors there and xray shows broken bones.. Horrified with the service I received.
