Traumatized and Regretful

From start to finish as a 1st time patient to Arwyp I was completely disappointed and felt worse leaving the hospital than going in. The night nurse was rude and not caring or considerate to me. Dr Vambe up until today DID NOT even SEE me or SPEAK / CONSULT WITH ME prior to discharge (keeping me overnight after the biopsy was not even reasoned) and still not seen or received a direct communication from the Dr since being discharged. I laid a complaint with the sister Ilorna (ward 11) on Duty about the night nurse and was asked to type a email instead of her supervisor calling me. Also did not get the name of the nurse as she did not have a name tag and refused to give me her name. The lack of professionalism,compassion and care taken by the Dr Vambe & nursing staff at this private hospital leaves me disgusted and saddened especially if this hospital has to be a choice for me in the future. My other concern is if I was someone who was probably much better than most that day in hospital... how much must the treatment be for those that need the Dr and nurses more in their time of illnesses and coming to this hospital.

Absolutely traumatized and regretful for seeking out care at Arwyp Medical Centre!
