Threat for outstanding account
I got a call from Christa from accounts threatening to blacklist my name for an account that I had queries on. I was not giving a chance to arrange for any payments plan. There is lack of communication and to be called and be threatened with blacklisting is a bad attitude for an organisation that have been servicing my family for the last 3 years.<br> If this is the way to handle clients then you should go ahead and blacklist me, I will sue you guys for not following proper procedure. <br> The last communication I received was in January and nothing after that.
