Telephone etiquette

I can understand that nurses and doctors got their hands full these days at the hospital, But they must also understand that when a loved one goes in for an emergency (not Covid related) we need to be updated on the situation! We are not allowed to be there at the hospital so see for ourselves what is going on and what the status are, so we totally have to rely on the information we get when we phone. Being totally unforeseenly rude and then say oh your loved one is busy dying as we speak. Just to find out that this information is wrong!! and this coming from a Dr. is completely and utterly disgusting. Dr Mampane, the good dr that you are, you need to work on your people s****s and have some feelings.
