Shocking service!

My father has been in ward 3S since Sunday. I haven't managed to speak to Dr Mampana for an update. She is now on leave and I haven't been able to talk to Dr Matsilitze either. I am asking the sisters in the ward for an update. Yesterday they said they were very worried because he wasn't eating today he is e a t I n g! I don't believe anything they are telling me. I ask which antibiotic he's on, they can't tell me. I ask when last his crp's were done they "think yesterday". They can't tell me the result which would easily be seen on his chart. Sister Connie (in charge art night) told me she would get somebody who something about my father's condition to contact me today. I'm still waiting. DISGUSTING service!
