SENDS PATIENTS HOME WITH CHEST PAINS

I was at the Casualty ward yesterday with bad chest pains, I have not slept in 3 days. So the ER Doctor and Dr Vambe decided to admit me for pain control and any more stuff that needs to be done. Somewhere something went terribly wrong but the Case consultant at Arwyp ( Pauline i was told) declined the auth as there was not enough info. So today I followed up, I've left several msgs but Pauline never returns my calls "as she is to busy" I then called her directly. She then in turn started to blame another case manager, then the Doctor Sign, who i did not even see at the ER gave info that the case manager did not like resulting in me being discharged and sent home with chest pains. Please can someone let me know why a case manager that did not even come see me who was in so much pain , sweating just decline a claim as "not enough info" and why are Doctors at the ER that don't see patients giving info across????
