RUDE STAFF MEMBER

Bad service from a staff member. I went to ward 12 to visit a friend and I have never been spoken to so badly by a lady that opens the door for us strange enough she was not only rude to me but to her co workers as well wanted to keep quiet but I could not the person I was visiting was in room 6 she asked me to keep quiet for her jobs sake but everyone needs to speak up of such people I even asked one off the staff members how they work with such a person she just humbly apologized on her behalf and said will talk to her and I asked again how they work with her she smiled and said we used to her her name is something like Cw molalo even over heard her talking to a certain sister Masiya that is what she called her like a two year old maybe night shift is not meant for her but kudus to the lady that apologized on her behalf.
