Refund not received from ARWYP

Please could you refund my account, I had to pay you in cash on the 21st already and then the medical aid went ahead and paid you as well.

Also, I am not sure why I had to pay you in cash in the first place as I have a fully comprehensive medical plan.

I have been sending communications to you as well as Dr. Wypkema and I have not received any response.
