Poor service from such a big hospital!!!

The service at this big hospital is shocking, very poor communication, no one tells you what is going on or why we are kept waiting for over two hours. We had brought a six months old baby who was constipated, we waited for an X-ray to be done where we had to wait because the guy was still eating, when he came he didn't even greet us but instead just said follow me.

There is no sense of urgency at this big hospital, i am not a doctor, however, why would we wait for hours without communication just because of constipation. Your service is below poor, i don't know what to compare it to, really appalling.
