Poor service from receptionists in casualty

The receptionists at casualty are so rude. Glevonia when I told her I can’t hear her due to the noise levels in the reception(tv volume high for a hospital reception) she kept on talking onto her mask and going through the file fast and when I returned the form she ddnt acknowledge me. This is the second time I’m here and the receptionists are just poor
