Poor service from Arwyp Casuality

I took my son to Arwyp Casuality yesterda.night.my son was very sick....I'm currently us ing Momentum Health medical aid No ********** ....MY ID NO ********** 432088...MY SON IS SBUSISO SIWELA..THE OPTION IS ACCESSS OPTION...the receptionist sent them and said the option I m on is not listed on their hospital.and I spoke to that lady to tell that option is available and I was admitted to that hospital 6 months back when giving birth to my son. I'm very upset with them cause I nearly lost a child..the temperature was to hire..after few minutes they confirmed that they have found my details after I thrown the temptruss with them.... apparently they haven't updated their systems???this is not acceptable
