Poor service at Arwyp Medical Centre

I am highly disappointed at the level of service my husband received at Arwyp. We came to the hospital Wednesday morning and we spend most of our day there. I had informed the nurses on duty that my husband has Covid like symptoms. Blood tests were taken and he was given a drip. We were under the impression that a Covid test was done. When we called in today (2days later), we find out that the test was not done, we thought we were waiting for results but nothing. This is so frustrating because it shows the inefficiency of the staff at the hospital.
