Poor care in Arwyp

A year ago, today, my best friemd and grandmother past away at you facility. She had been struggeling with her kidney and recieved numorous treatmens from them.it was going great for almost 2 years when a week ago to this day, last year she was taken up in ICU for a virus they picked up. In ICE they forgot a needle in my grannys arm witch lead to septicemia. Her hand turned completely black and she had to fight that as well...she passed away on the 4th of february and guess what was the cause of death...septicemia!!!!negligence from the staff in ICU. Finally she was moved to 12B to die, without telling us...they never check on you there or nothing. When they called us to say she passed she was already dead a few hours witch shows you how much they came toe check in and to put the cherry on the top ward12B STOLE het wedding ring of her deceased body. We are disgusted and nuasiated by the thpugt of how my beloves granny had to pass away. I will NEVER recommend Arwyp to anyone again. Because of the trauma my gran on her last few days on eart had to go throug and what we as family had to go through. May this story stay with the people that should get there loved ones out of there!!!!!
