Pathetic experience

Dr M Tsikane Neorologist that treated me in HiCare. I have experienced very bad bedside manners from this Dr! Hardly greet and dont even ask how I feel! Did not even explain and discussed all test results done on me and does not explain the "causes" of my so called seizure or mini stroke I had on 30.01.2022. This Dr Tsikane does not even say good buy to me as her "patient" when she finishes up writing on the files and just walk away without greeting or wishing me a speedy recovery. Always in such hurry to just get out there. I was discharged with medicine precription and told that her reception will email my sick note to me.... well Brenda her receptionist was called for 2 days after my discharge and every time she says Dr will write it out in few minutes.... after 6th phone call I eventually got my sick note... No mention was made with a date when I need to go see dr Tsikane again; normal practice is to give you a set date for a follow up consultation to see if meds are working and to check Serotonin and BP levels and discuss the way forward... but nothing.... be sure; she wont see me again! I will go to a good; professional; respectful Neurologist in 3 wks for a proper check up and proper diagnosis and get explanations of my illness!! Pathetic bedside manners with minimal communication to say the least! Leaving me unsure of WHAT exactly happened to me and why.. No visible respect to patient at all! Very disgusting experience. Arwyp should take note that this behaviour ruins their reputation and Arwyp will not see me or any of my family again for sure!
