Pathetic Arwyp Medical Centre

On Monday 03 June 2019, I was admitted at Arwyp Medical Centre. There was medication prescribed for me which I was getting via a drip, this medication was so hot and I complained that it was burning me whilst I was still in High Care ward and it was diluted. I was then moved to a normal ward on 04 June 2019 and same medication was given to me and I told them that it was burning, the nursing staff was very reluctant on diluting the medication, what they did was switch it on and off periodically. I would be in tears when the medication was running. The needle of the drip was moved about 4 times for a new vein to be burnt as opposed to properly diluting the medication. I tolerated this in tears because I was very sick and believed that the medication was going to cure me. I was discharged on 0n 06 June 2019, I'm writing this today 10 June 2019 and my one vein is still very sore, swollen and black from the drip. Should I then go spend money for an ointment to treat what is caused by Medical staff neglect? Overall, the service was disgusting, I was at ward 1110 and the nurses were constantly at the kitchen. Lastly, I was discharged at 11:15, by 12:30 me prescription as not ready and the pharmacist told me that they only received my prescription at 12:00 and due to backlog, I needed to wait another hour to get service. Well, that didn't work for me and I asked for a copy of the prescription which I took to Dis-chem and it took 15 minutes for them to dispense my medication. It is so sad that I stay in Kempton park and there is No Other Private Clinic other than Arwyp.....definitely not a hospital of choice.
