Pathetic and I’ll-informed doctors!

I had an injury around October 2019 where I got stitches due to the deep wound I’d acquired. From there onwards got admitted into icu for other reasons that is. Apparently I was to had to had received an our patient dorm for the removal of stitches with in 7-10 after I had them done But i didn’t. I was then admitted..and other matters where attended to . Few months later because I wasn’t told when to come back, I remained with the stitches only for another gp to tell me it’s septic and they had to be removed. I went back to arwyp to get assisted as I have never had a stitch before and had one at the time, now I have to pay for consolations etc all because they failed to let me know when I was supposed to get the stitches out etc and I’m now sitting with billing regarding this matter. I don’t know why I’m liable for such as it was the hospitals negligence and failure to inform me as a patient of what is needed. I’m really not happy with this and I ask for it to be escalated.
