PATHETIC
My 6 year old son has a rare medical condition called LGS. He was admitted to hospital as he was suffering very huge long seizures. Seizures are normal for his condition so we are used to them however these did not stop and lasted between 30min to 2 hours. He was put in the pediatric ward with nurses who had absolutely no compassion and were very unfriendly. The friday my sons granny called the nurses to tell them he is having a very huge seizure and they ignored her on more than 1 occasion. The Saturday my fiance called them again to advise his seizures are not stopping it's a continuous seizure. The nurse said she will tell the nurse in charge and then proceeded to close the door. 10minutes later my fiance went out and the nurses were sitting in the tea room having tea. My son was still having the same seizure. After making a huge scene my son was moved to ICU where the staff were out of this world. Friendly patient kind and made the time to explain everything to us. They were excellent. DE Koffie Mensa had absolutely no interest in my child and when the ICU staff called her as my son was seizing for 2 hours she came in there and shouted at the ICU staff why are they bugging her. ARWYP.... THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT YOUR HOSPITAL IS THE ICU STAFF!!!!
