Not even 1 star service

<p>Got to casualties at drop off zone was chased away with my mentally disabled child who just had a grandmile seizure and a broken wrist. When they got her into the cubicle it was still full of vomit from probably 3 patients before her because it was already dry. Eventually the Dr came to see her not even examining her just saying they going to have to put up a drip and do xrays of her arm. Battling to put up a drip and not using gloves they eventually got a vain. Hours later they send her for xrays then finding outhe that I have to pay cash because we are on a hospital plan. I went back to casualties asking the doctor to admit her she said she doesn't have probible cause to admit her. I said you are treating the epilepsy first not the broken wrist so how do you not have probible cause. She refused to admit her without xrays. I made arrangement with the xray department just to get it done. Going back we waited so long just for the doctor to look at a fracture on her screen she couldn't even make a call without a report. Later that afternoon she was admitted and asking them to admit her in a ward where she would have supervision she refused she said it's the wards problem. NOTE MY DAUGHTER IS SEVERELY MENTALLY HANDICAPPED WITH UNCONTROLLED EPILEPSY! when we got to the ward the nurse in charge said she can't take responsibility for her because she does not have enough staff. She got the day super to arrange someone to sit with her while I'm not there. After telling them I need to see the surgeon to give full history they refused for me to be there the next morning they said I can only come in visiting hours. After getting there the next morning I found out the doctor was already there and he only wants to operate the next day which would be Teusday. I got them to phone the doctor and after a huge fight he agreed he will operate that Monday night at 8. Needless to say she only went to theater after 12 that night. I have never in my life received such bad service. This child is disabled she is a known pasiënt to Arwyp and they refused to listen to any instuctuons from myself as a parent. They asked her what her name was it was wrong on her I'd band. I had to get them to change that!!!! They gave her fluids to drink while she was nill per mouth. She was discharged the next morning with no Dr seeing her or anyone explaining to us what we should do or how we must handle the broken hand. Then I get accounts from procedure's done in theater and they try to take it from my savings. Trying to get things sorted and all they want to do is hand us over. Maybe they should up their service and get qualifed people to work with patients then there would be less complaint. I feel they are ***********.</p>
