No urgency in the Emergency room.

I'm appalled by the service your institution provides. We got to the ER at 1pm, we were only assisted at 5pm and this is after we had to scream our lungs to get help. The unit manager's excuse for the delay is that "we have two doctors on shift today, and both doctors had to go resuscitate someone". For 4 hours though? Also we are told systems have changed and this is why the staff is a little slow. Did you not learn the basics before you got here? I am really disappointed by what has become of this hospital.
