NO TREATMENT RECEIVED BUT ARWYP/WYPKEMA FORCED IT THROUGH THE COURT
<p>My son suffers from Wolf Parkinson White syndrome and had an episode in 2013 when we had to rush him to Arwyp one evening. Got there, filled in the forms..... No medical aid! Could not get funds together on short notice. When they became aware of our problem they moved him to a small little cubicle, WITHOUT TREATING HIM and left him there until we were forced to rush him off to Steve Biko Academic Hospital in Pretoria. Believe me when I say that this misrable excuse for a hospital sent my son two accounts, without treating him. Took judgement against him and forced payment from him because of their financial muscle and endless finances. Extremely ********* in my opinion! ********* AND SUCH A SHAME!</p>

Addressed according to yourselves because someone was FORCED to pay thousands of rands for treatment that was NEVER received. I have provided Arwyp with proof that he was treated at Steve Biko on that same date and they still did not care. Think about it ..... IF Arwyp treated this young man, WHY would we have had to speed through to Pretoria and have him treated at Steve Biko if your hospital treated him already?????? Does that make sense?????? NO it does not. Arwyp went ahead and steamrolled the system to force ********* payment to yourselves and you did nothing for it. If you really want to do the right thing and the ethical thing you should pay my son back and credit what is left. Period. And ......that is not going to happen because you would have to admit that you were wrong AND ********* and of course Arwyp will not admit the wrong they have done. If you have the money, use it and abuse people with it. Sickening.

My son was invoiced merely because we were PRESENT in your ER and filled in your forms. REMEMBER : YOUR RULES = No treatment before Medical Aid is proved or pre-payment was made if you do not have a Medical Aid. How the hell did you manage this one????? YOU DID NOT TREAT HIM! PERIOD!
