No caring Arwyp Hospital

My son injured and cut his hand very badly, he was taken to Arwyp Medical Centre Casualty, where he was treated, and as he had to be admitted, the doctor on duty refused admittion, and simply just stitched his hand up, like real butcher job done ! 14 Days later we had to go for the stitches to be removed, they wanted to charge us for that again. So 2 weeks after the stitches was removed, my son had no feeling in his finger, we had to go for second opinions, then was referred to a hand specialist, and advised us that my son had to be admitted, as he needed an operation, the nerve and muscle was cut during his injury I have taken thi up with Arwyp Medical Centre, they rep**** to me that a full investgation would be done, and simply just played for time, and came up with excises after excuse We have asked for them to offer assistance in the casualty bills, and we were told we have to pay So basically Arwyp is not interrested in there patients or customers, it is all only about making money out of you, no Dignity i have forwaeded a letter to the CEO again, but no reply, which says it all Thanks Arwyp for caring for your patients
