Nigligent Nurses at Arwyp Medical Centre

Very saddened by the poor service from the Arwyp Medical Centre Nurses in ward 5. My drip was blocked with blood for 14 hours and I was not attended to although I kept on asking for help (from 3 AM this morning still without help). It is now after 5PM the drip is still not changed. I have been in pain and when I told the nurses, I had to wait 1h15 before I received pain killers.

I have not been given any medication the whole day and I am on antibiotics.

The nurses here are not professional and I now regret being admitted in this hospital that doesn't care about well being.

The service I'm receiving is unacceptable, Arwyp Medical Centre is would be held responsible if get any other further complications due to the ill treatment I am have received.

I demand that a decisive action is taken about the nurses that are negligent and not looking after me as a patient. The nurse told me that she forgot to inform the doctor that i was transferred from ICU to ward 5. I find this totally unacceptable. I am now uncomfortable about my well being in this hospital.
