Los for words.

Was admitted yesterday. I asked not for a ward where the heaters are set on 30’c as i don’t tolerate heat well. 1201 - heaters pumping 30’c. They then put me in 1110. This morning a lady walked in with a card machine i must pay R1800 for a pvt ward per night. And i only got into the room at 4am. Have been there for abt 6 hours. Packed my things up and when to Portia and said where do i move to, she then said “you can stay in the pvt room” so naturally i saw red and really lost myself. Now i must pay R1800 again in a few hours????!!! I told im moving now. She has put me in 1101A.
