Lazy staff with bad attitude

Arrived for medical emergency, but staff was sleeping and had no sense of urgency, spent 4 hours in a hospital when there was no other patients to attend to but lots of staff who were not on work mode just irritated to see you, ended up leaving without getting the full service needed, lazy staff who feel entitled they want to be begged for service, I'm shocked a huge facility with such history has turned to a Mickey mouse business.
