Incompetence at ARWYP Medical Centre

I am very disappointed with ARWYP medical centre. The admin staff there is *********** and I had to travel hundreds of kilometers so that I come to fix their mess. I can't get my child's birth certificate because someone who is not trained to read the form decided to give my son a gender that is not on the forms or files. My son's gender is written everywhere and they decide to write that he is female. Now I am stuck and can't get my son a birth certificate. My medical aid needs one and no one is willing to assist.
